Order Processing & Timelines
All dresses are made to order. Production and dispatch timelines vary by collection — see our Delivery Policy for current timelines, and our Shipping Policy for transit time after dispatch.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or modified, except within the 24-hour window described in our Order Cancellation Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or payment issues.
Payment Terms
A 50% advance payment is required to process Luxury Formal and Bridal orders, with the balance due before dispatch. Full payment is required at checkout for Ready-to-Wear, Pret, and Ready-to-Ship orders. Advance payments on Custom, Bridal, and Luxury Formal orders are non-refundable once the order is confirmed — see our Order Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable Use
You must provide accurate details during the ordering process. Any unauthorized use of our brand name, images, content, or designs is strictly prohibited.
Product Variations & Disclaimers
Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight variations in color, embellishment, or finish may occur. Screen resolution and lighting differences may also affect how a product appears online. As each piece is handmade, actual measurements may vary by up to ±1 inch from the size chart. None of these variations are considered defects — see our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
