General Policy
- No returns or refunds due to the custom nature of our designs.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Customers paying via Credit Card or Bank Transfer may cancel or change their order within 24 hours of placing it.
- Exchanges are only allowed if a defective or incorrect product is received.
- In case of defective product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. The Quality Department will review the issue and may offer an exchange or store credit for future purchases if a major fault is found.
- Customized orders and discounted purchases are not eligible for return, refund, or charge back.
