Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.
- Cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be processed.
Returns & Exchanges
- We do not offer returns or exchanges based on change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with style, color, or design.
- Exchanges or credit are offered only in the rare case of:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item delivered
Eligibility for Exchange or Credit
To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
- The concern must be verified and approved by our Quality Assurance Team.
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Important Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or chargeback under any circumstances:
- Ready-to-Ship items
- Sale or discounted articles
- Customized or made-to-measure designs
Product Variations
- Product colors may vary slightly due to photography lighting or individual screen settings.
- Laces, embellishments, or accessories may vary depending on market availability.
- Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for exchange or refund.
International Orders (Delivered Within Pakistan)
- For international clients shipping to a Pakistan address, the recipient must inspect the parcel at delivery.
- Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.
- Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
